Lexie joined Milestone Wealth Management in 2021 as Office Manager, where she oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the firm and ensures that every client interaction is handled with care and attention. Known for her warm, joyful personality and natural professionalism, Lexie creates an inviting experience for clients and a steady, positive presence for the entire team. A North Carolina native, Lexie was born and raised in Brevard. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Parks Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her career path has taken her through a variety of industries allowing her to develop strong organizational, project management, and customer‑service skills. This diverse background shapes the thoughtful, client‑centered approach she brings to Milestone each day.

Outside the Office

Lexie enjoys spending time in ways that reflect her curiosity and love of learning. She can often be found reading, listening to mystery podcasts, or exploring the outdoors through hiking and gardening. She also loves cooking—especially experimenting with new recipes—and finds joy in sharing those creations with family and friends.
